Processor I -Mediations Duties: Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and processing of mediation hearings by developing case information, communication with clients, and attorney updates. Review daily reports to ensure files are handled efficiently and timely in a deadline driven manner; Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and case management software; confirming case status with attorney; Helps develop cases by maintaining contact with mediation parties; scheduling hearings; requesting and obtaining documents from mediation parties; requesting and obtaining client compliance documents; generating status reports; Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress; Supports case preparation by drafting case summaries and materials for mediation; organizing materials for team case review; Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments; Update client systems; Provide excellent customer service through professionalism; Provide support to management and attorneys.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous law firm experience preferred, Bankruptcy or Mortgage serving experience helpful. Must have the ability to communicate with attorneys. Must have ability to interpret client systems Must be proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet. Must be organized and multi-task oriented Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written Excellent team skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Process improvement (identify issues and propose solutions) skills.
