Contract Administrator
The candidate will be responsible for performing associated pricing validation, confirming appropriate terms, contract redlines/negotiation, assisting with vendor governance activities, conducting market and vendor research and performing other contract administration functions. Perform documentation review of Business As Usual transactions. Redline contract terms as needed, validate pricing, perform some negotiation. Ensure SOWs are consistent with MSA requirements. Validate COE/BU approvals and prepare documents for execution. Gather/document requirements and develop statements of work. Maintain currency of document tracking portal, which includes, posting new SOWs/CRs, Business/COE approvals, status and other applicable details. Filing Supplier Contract Documents, approvals and other pertinent documentation into the appropriate Contract Repositories. Assist in auditing and updating existing contract repositories. Maintain status reports. Assist, Create, Maintain and update team procedure guides. Track and document monthly workload performance. Assist in tracking the delivery of team monthly output reports such as a Monthly Savings and Governance report. Providing ad-hoc reports.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have understanding of contractual business and legal terms and ability to redline documents in accordance with company requirements. Should have contract negotiation experience. Must have English proficiency-ability to write clear contract language. Must have demonstrated experience of successfully managing/interfacing with vendors. Should be self-starter with strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have ability to work independently. Should be highly organized. Must have proficiency in MS Office and Google G Suite. Paralegal certification preferred.
