I want to suggest hiring inside the firm before hiring someone outside of it. There are many staff members that are looking to rise in the firm and can't do that if the firm is looking at people outside to hire in.Pros : The benefits of working at this firm are fantastic. They pay the staff reasonably and offer impressive bonuses. I have never had any issues with them and having to struggle to maintain a work/life balance. The firm is really good with valuing staff and their lives outside of work.
