Conflicts Attorney Candidate will conduct conflict of interest research, interpret and evaluate conflicts reports, conduct conflict clearances for incoming new business and lateral hire, draft waivers and review engagement terms and outside counsel guideline, and work collaboratively with the firmâ€™s General Counsel and Loss Prevention Partners. Handling multiple priorities and adjusting to shifting deadlines are common for this position.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Must have a JD Degree, 3+ years of legal experience, knowledge of the rules of professional liability, and be an active member in good standing of a state bar where the firm has an office. Must have excellent verbal, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data is a must. Prior conflicts clearance experience at a large firm and database research experience is highly preferred. Experience with Intapp, Capital IQ, and Lexis Nexis is a plus.
