Corporate Compliance Officer The candidate will serve as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes an awareness and understanding of positive ethical principles, and compliance with federal and state law in all areas of compliance programs and staff, assist in planning and identifying priorities for compliance. Will create an integrated, enterprise wide compliance program to support the organization and the network’s business and its various segments. Must have a Bachelor’s degree while a Master’s Degree, Law Degree, other advanced degree, a certificate in health compliance or a Certified Public Accountant background is preferred. Must have an outstanding record of achievement with 10+ years of experience in healthcare and knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations regarding healthcare billing, delivery, technology and operations. Prior experience in a complex integrated healthcare delivery system or health care technology driven environment is strongly desired.
