Associate Manager Legal Contracts The candidate will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts with minimal supervision and within established guidelines set by the Legal Department. Partnering with internal clients to drive resolution in contract and contract compliance matters. Work with internal clients to understand business objectives and expectations and to provide advice on contracts and contract compliance. Identifies training needs and defines training plan_ internal and external. Deliver Training on contracts and compliance to affiliates and central departments Draft and review SOPs. Support Contracts Manager in a variety of projects. Manage contract templates and keep them up to date with the corporate policies and country specific requirements. Identifies key performance indicators and manages the development of reports on these indicators. Analyze data, propose corrective actions and present to management. Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, company values, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations Proactively identifies process improvement opportunities and drives execution Lead internal and cross-functional projects. Manage, coach and develop contract specialists, including supervising their work.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have Bachelors degree in law or equivalent. Should have 5 years of work experience in drafting, reviewing or negotiating contracts in a multinational company. Experience in compliance, project management, procurement, sales is a plus. Should have 2+ years of experience in people management. Strong communication and negotiation skills, and excellent writing and editing abilities is needed. Solid experience and understanding of legal terms and conditions is must. Experience working with a contract management and archiving system or other database document management system is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point software programs is needed.
