The Senior Counsel position is responsible for providing legal counsel and advice to support the US Oncology and Specialty businesses. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional judgment, and a strong work ethic. The Senior Counsel will be responsible for advising on a range of activities related to the commercialization of innovative oncology and specialty medicines. This position offers the opportunity to lead key activities and progress in your career. Salary Information: - Salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Title: - Senior Counsel, US Oncology and Specialty Experience Information: - Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, healthcare, or health technology is required. - Experience with US FDA promotional laws and regulations or advising life science businesses is preferred. Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel and advice on US commercial activities, with a focus on advising marketing and sales team members. - Serve as the core US asset lawyer for oncology and/or specialty medicines, with expertise in both promotional and non-promotional initiatives. - Counsel on the external legal environment related to operating a US pharmaceuticals business. - Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with matrix partners to support the goals of the US commercial organization. - Partner with Compliance on risk identification and management activities, such as Risk Management Plans, training, and investigations. - Manage outside counsel in limited circumstances.
