Client Services Representative The candidate will provide quality support to clients with moderately complex transactions and processes on a daily basis. Under general supervision, will assist clients by responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding company services and procedures. Investigates errors in client accounts and statements. Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures. Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 1-2 years of experience as a client service representative is preferred. Must have High School Diploma. Bachelorâ€™s Degree, Associates Degree is preferred. Bachelors or Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos is required.
