Legal Assistant – Litigation The candidate will be answering phones. Will be organizing files. Typing. Docketing/Calendaring appointments, hearings and deadlines. Document preparation and management. Case management. Coordination of and e-filing of court documents. Time entry and billing using billing software. Must be an experienced legal secretary with exceptional organizational skills. Should preferably have a strong background in litigation and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in civil litigation is required. Knowledge of Arizona law, court rules and associated deadlines, along with the ability to e-file in various courts, is required. Must work well with clients and be detail oriented.
