Farmington Hills office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3 years of experience as probate, a residential or commercial real estate attorney, a transactional attorney, or as corporate counsel for a real estate development firm. The candidate will appear on behalf of clients at real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation. Draft and review contracts, probate and trust documents, leases, financing statements, purchase and property management agreements, as well as title abstracts, summaries, and commitments, as required. Settle terms and conditions for real estate transactions, and facilitate the transfer of title between real estate agents, borrowers, and title company. Manage paralegals, clerks, and other assistants. Coordinate detailed due diligence, and inspect title examination, closing binder, and legal documents for legal risk, completion, and accuracy. Must be a member of the Local Bar association and hold a current law license in the state.
