Consumer Financial Litigation Associate Attorney
Candidate will work with the firm’s financial services litigation group in the area of residential mortgage lender liability actions in state and federal courts. Nust have excellent academic credentials and 3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage litigation. Must be very familiar with state and federal consumer protection laws applicable to a residential mortgage and must have experience defending claims arising from loan servicing, foreclosures, and loan modification practices. Required to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong customer service skills. Will be licensed to practice law in Washington.

I would like to see our current management team revised with possibly some new replacements to be available to take care of issues that arise in the office.

Pros : The work environment is excellent as everyone is very helpful and experienced. The benefits are awesome as well and everyone really cares about their clients.
Cons : I have found the firm to be somewhat slow in terms of how quickly they resolve issues that are occurring around the office. I have found this to be mostly related to our current management team though.
