ProfileClient Manager, Onboarding and Support The candidate will work directly with CEO building the strategic foundation for client’s setup process and ongoing support. Will work closely with inhouse transaction coordinators, and growing Development team. Build relationships with our amazing clients and be their voice during the setup process. Take fragmented pieces of information and develop an implementation plan for clients. Document new requirements for the Development team to execute on. Use several software tools to stay organized: CRM (Hubspot), Google Apps, and more. Assist CEO in building a foundation for our Client Services team. Join in on impromptu feature discussions with other team members. Take a frequently asked question and turn it into content for our support desk.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have background as a Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Underwriter or Processor, Real Estate. Paralegal, or Real Estate admin/transaction coordinator is preferred. Must have experience working in a software environment, either in support, marketing or client success. A basic understanding of using software in daytoday is essential. Strong communication skills and previous experience working in a client facing role is essential. Should be proficient in Google Apps, especially sheets (or Excel spreadsheets).
