Corporate Paralegal
The candidate will provide organizational and substantive support to attorneys in the Fund Formation practice group. Candidate will focus on all aspects of fund formation and organization, including coordinating and drafting fund formation documents and performing due diligence. Assists in related work with other practice areas and performs related research and analysis.

Qualification and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of law related experience or certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program required, and strong academic record desired. 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal. Prior Public Company experience (Section 16) required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Flexibility and ability to work overtime required.
