Contracts Administrator
The candidate will provide administrative support to the Legal Department, including Senior Contracts Administrator, the Assistant General Counsel and the General Counsel. Will accountable for contracts administration, equity administration and maintenance of various governmental agencies requirements. Administer and maintain annual Secretary of State filing requirements and records. Ensure all contract data and information is appropriately entered and saved in to relevant systems and databases. Maintain and administers the company’s contract templates, and assists with form completion. Interact with internal business teams to obtain all appropriate and required internal reviews and approvals for contract terms and provisions. Respond to various internal business team questions, inquiries, or requests for clarification regarding contracts, terms/conditions, review and approval process, etc. Facilitate execution of approved and finalized contracts, including timely distribution to all appropriate business team stakeholders. Assist in development and administration of centralized contracts database. Maintain all corporate notary public records and assists corporate notaries to maintain compliance. Procure and maintains municipal business licenses. Assist with preparation of Alliant Board packages. Provide litigation support. Provide information to business teams for sales proposals. Develop knowledge of the company’s intranet, and maintains the contract administration site. Other duties as assigned. Should have Bachelor’s degree in general business, insurance, legal or financial disciplines preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have 4-6 years related work experience; legal background and paralegal training a plus but not required. Notary license desired but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office products is needed.
