Labor and Employment Associate Candidate must have JD degree from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials, Admission to Arizona Bar with 3-6 years of diverse employment law experience. Should have experience representing clients before administrative agencies in employment-related claims and litigating on behalf of management. Will also have experience counseling and training clients, and will have experience representing clients in a variety of federal, state, and local employment matters. Must have: Ability to interface directly with clients. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong decision-making, problem-solving and organization skills. Outstanding judgment.
