Corporate Attorney (Contracts)
Responsibilities: Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of sophisticated commercial contracts, such as vendor/procurement, sales/service, and non-disclosure agreements. Advise various internal departments regarding contract terms and implications on business operations, including providing guidance and practical solutions. Assist senior internal counsel with matters including legal research projects and commercial disputes. Draft and respond to demand letters related to contract matters.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree and JD Degree (from ABA-accredited law school) required. Admission to a State Bar with an active membership in good standing is required; admission to the State of Florida Bar is preferred. Should have 5 years of experience as an attorney in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts. Experience within a corporate legal environment preferred. Experience working in the financial services sector is preferred.
