Paralegal The candidate work on: Real Estate closings (residential and commercial);; Review contracts Draft closing documents (deed, bill of sale, affidavit of title, Alta statement, closing statement, etc.); Order and review title, clear title issues; Calculate tax pro-rations; Order tests and inspections as required; Manage and monitor important dates (mortgage contingency, closing date, due diligence, seller obligation deadlines); Work with HOA for approvals and documents; Review subsidiary contracts or agreements; Prepare escrow documents and instructions; Estate Planning/Probate; Prepare Estate Plan documents (trusts, wills, powers of attorney accountings, HIPAA authorizations, quit claim deeds, etc.); Prepare and file probate court documents; Assist attorneys with the administration of decedent's trusts and estates.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal certificate. Should have 3-5 years of experience. Real estate experience is required; Estate planning/Probate experience is optional but preference will be given to applicants with experience in both areas. Should have familiarity with title company online programs. Must have strong communication (oral and written) and organization skills.
