"A Culture That Creates Quality"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 18, 2017

Superiors and partners need to do more to open the lines of communication with their subordinates. This will help with the cases being taken care of quicker and more properly.

Pros : One of the things I appreciate working here are the people I work with. Attorneys here are willing to help each other out. It is a good motivating work environment.
Cons : The partners and superiors are kind of difficult to get in contact with here on the regular. Sometimes there is a lot of time wasted due to difficult routes of relaying issues with cases.
