A law firm seeks an experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney to join its Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Transfer group in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is designed for a skilled attorney with a strong background in advanced estate planning and trust administration who is ready to engage directly with clients and manage comprehensive legal matters.

Duties:

  • Provide expert legal guidance on advanced estate planning strategies and estate and trust administration.
  • Manage client interactions independently and oversee all aspects of complex engagements.
  • Support and potentially lead fiduciary litigation matters (experience preferred but not essential).
  • Collaborate with clients involved in tax-exempt organizations, providing tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.
  • Active license to practice law in Ohio.
  • Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated ability to conduct analytical research and effective writing.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster client relationships and convey complex legal concepts.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Ohio Bar Association.
