Legal Assistant Supervisor
The candidate will be responsible for leading a team composed of legal assistants and customer service representatives and requires a commitment to client service and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Leads a team of 4 and makes effective independent decisions on day-to-day issues subject to the guidance of the managing attorney. Designs and reports individual and team performance metrics for continuous improvement. Focuses on helping team members improve their skills and knowledge through day-to-day coaching. Ensures an efficient training program is in place and ensures that work resources are reviewed and updated as needed. Steps in to handle escalated issue resolution. Conducts feedback sessions with team members using recorded calls as learning tools. Ensures staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action as needed. Tracking data and pulling reports.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate must have prior call center and legal assistant experience. Prior experience managing others required. Should have strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees. Should have proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems. Must have excellent communication skills.
