Contracts Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Modular Contracts team and other departments as necessary including; managing the filing and organization of all corporate contracts and legal documents, policy and procedure drafting and revision, policy audits, contract drafting and document editing. Will also provide training and tools to internal customers to increase their legal and commercial understanding. Associates/Bachelors degree in paralegal studies, or a related field such as Business Administration, or combined relevant experience is essential. Must have 1-2 years of working experience in a corporate environment. Experience with contracts and intellectual property matters are highly desirable.
