This position focuses on commercial real estate law, particularly in finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Duties:

• Represent a diverse range of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, in various transactions.
• Manage complex transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing within the commercial real estate sector.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and analyze essential legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Offer strategic insights informed by strong business judgment and extensive legal knowledge.
• Effectively oversee multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• A minimum of six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
