Duties:

  • Participate in hearings, negotiations, and litigation proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on complex tax issues.
  • Stay updated on changes in federal and international tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in tax law, focusing on federal and international taxation, including transfer pricing.
  • Excellent oral advocacy, legal research, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in tax law.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in Wyoming (or eligibility for admission).

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of federal tax laws and regulations.
  • Experience with tax controversy and litigation, particularly in federal courts.
  • Accounting background preferred.
  • An . in Taxation or a similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • Federal court clerkship experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing preferred.
