Regulatory Legal Analyst The candidate will handle researching and interpreting regulatory law governing insurance practices, reviewing and editing responses prior to submission to Regulatory bodies, and helping with research relating to penalties assessed to other Companies to help develop and support the risk assessment process. Review and summarize laws by creating matrices to aid business units. Research and summarize insurance and administrative code. Review work product provided by business units prior to submission to regulatory bodies. Support the risk assessment process by aiding in research for penalties assessed to other Companies.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should ideally have Bachelor's degree with JD degree or 3-5 years of experience in a related compliance role. Good oral and written communication skill is needed. Ability to review and interpret law and supporting case law. Ability to understand complex legal matters. Knowledge of insurance and Microsoft products is preferred.
