Paralegal The candidate provides legal support to the Staff Attorneys, working independently and confidentially on records management system and legal projects, as assigned. Managing corporate governance on a global scale. Working with firm business team and outside counsel in many different jurisdictions. Assisting attorneys in analyzing and escalating corporate governance and general corporate matters as necessary. Assisting with general transactional matters. Completes legal research, prepares notes, helps write legal briefs, and or draft documents. Investigates questions and issues independently and finds logical resolutions. Supports compliance efforts in ensuring that the corporation complies with government regulations and laws. Must have 3 years of paralegal experience on general corporate matters, preferably at a global company or law firm. Should have Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or its equivalent. Notary Public Certification is preferred. Degree in legal studies is desired.
