"Good for Work-Life Balance, but a Bit of a Dramatic Office"

Current Employee - Reviewed on December 16, 2017

I appreciate the way you allow people to have a life outside of work, but understand that they also have to engage in some networking that can make the required work hours more like that of most firms - make this kind of networking easier on people so they can maintain this sense of balance. Don't let people's personal traits interfere in how decisions are applied to them.

Pros : Above-average commitment to work-life balance, demonstrated by opportunities for remote working. Hasn't totally lost sight of the ""small firm feel"" - mostly pleasant vibes in general.
Cons : It seems like too many decisions are influenced by ""office politics"", yet at the same time, the firm does not make it sufficiently easy for you to perform certain kinds of client-based networking. This makes it a little difficult to find a good niche where you can live up to your potential.
