General Practice Associate Attorney Duties: Work on a variety of cases, generally litigation heavy, from start to finish in a variety of practice areas. Communication with clients, witnesses, expert witnesses, consultants, opposing counsels, and other third parties effectively; Prioritizing and responding to client and court needs; Build a good rapport with clients, maintain expectations, and enjoys interacted with people; Maintain case information electronically; Consistently draft well written and well thought out letters, briefs, motions, contracts, pleadings, and memoranda; Keep current and accurate time records; Use appropriate care to ensure that legal and factual issues relevant to the cases are handled and properly explored; Prepared, on time, and effective at advocating for clients at hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, etc. Identify and analyze incoming cases and complex legal issues and determine course of action; Negotiate effectively; Electronically review and redact documentation provided by client, as needed; Move cases forward by timely scheduling and daily review of all incoming case documents, emails, and requests.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: JD Degree from a law school; and 4+ years' related experience and/or training.
