The firm should focus on retraining management. Management needs to work on acting more professional at the firm. The focus should be on building staff relations versus billing.

Pros : The firm is filled with attorneys who support the ideals of marketing. The salary is slightly higher. The environment is upbeat in terms of staff pushing towards a place full of amusement.
Cons : Management lacks professionalism. Some of the staff is rude. The focus of the firm is on billing and making profit. Many staff members are constantly fired.
