Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in investment funds and investment management.
• Proven experience representing private equity sponsors and agents in various transactions.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, investment management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Washington, DC.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic record.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington, DC.
