Let go of those who don't produce results - or at a minimum, let go of those who barely show up to work. Match 401K contributions or nobody who is worthwhile is going to make a career out of BWW Law. Pay the extra salary for employees who are mature and experienced. Re-evaluate your middle management's duties, responsibilities, and leadership capabilities.

Pros : The firm has started to have a lot of new worker appreciation opportunities. They have a simple easygoing dress code policy, a work schedule that begins later, and a HR staff that is extremely open to all issues.
Cons : There is no 401K match, and a poor administration that does not help you throughout your procedures. They also have no space for development, and a great many people don't remain for more than 6months to a year. There's no space for progression to further your career in the firm.
