ERISA / Compliance Attorney

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Managing Attorney and Lead ERISA Counsel, regularly interact with clients, play a crucial role in issue-spotting and development of relationships, and mitigate risk for firm clients through detailed analysis of complex ERISA issues, translated into easy to comprehend language. Additionally the candidate will contribute to firm growth initiatives through dedication to business development work. Must have a hunger for learning and ambitious professional goals.
Requirements of the ERISA Attorney
1,750 annual billable hours and 250 annual hours of business development and marketing focus
Dependability, adaptability, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions from data, assess implications and make recommendations.
Excellent academic credentials
Experience with all aspects of law firm accounting to include, but not limited to budgeting, AR, A/P, billing, and collections.
Licensed in GA or eligible to immediately waive in
