Worcester office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks elder law associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be responsible for their own caseload and providing support within the office on other cases. Will draft probate and estate planning documents; complete MassHealth Applications by compiling and organizing verifications; correspond directly with clients, and assist with public training and presentations. Managing caseload, which includes, but is not limited to, cases in Estate Planning, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Probate Administration, MassHealth, and drafting documents such as Wills, Trusts, Petitions, MassHealth Applications, etc. Organizing and providing case updates on client files. Drafting, formatting, and editing legal documents as assigned. Filings at various courts. Legal research, attending networking events on behalf of the firm/ability to bring cases to the firm. Assist with marketing (blog post drafting, presentations, etc.). Communicating with court personnel/scheduling departments. Must possess excellent communication and outstanding interpersonal relationship skills. Should have a strong work ethic and good organizational abilities. Strong research and legal writing capabilities are needed.
