Administrative Senior Assistant The candidate works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager when managing documents from court website, trial preparation, or large court filings which may include: planning, coordinating, scheduling, and disseminating information. Prepare pleadings, proofread documents prepared by others, and file documents in State and Federal Court websites. Organize and lead team meetings. Act as liaison with other departments and outside agencies. Handles confidential and non-routine information. Provide administrative support relative to policies, plans, and objectives as required by Division. May process purchase card transactions, track expenditures, perform accounting-related transactions, reconciliation of accounts, and review other reconciliations for account coding and budgeted amounts. Greets visitors, answers telephones, and relays messages, directing or providing information to callers. Provides a variety of administrative support functions. Perform related work as required. Must have High School Diploma or GED. Should have 3+ years of related (legal) experience, litigation experience preferred. May require HIPAA Training. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Should have familiarity with SharePoint as well as Law ToolBox or other similar calendaring system. Deadline: March 20, 2018.
