Paralegal / Administrative Assistant The candidate should preferably have familiarity and experience with trademarks, trademark filings and experience maintaining electronic trademark docketing systems (experience with CPI docketing system is a plus.) Skills required include the ability to draft letters to clients reporting trademark application/registration milestones and handle basic administrative tasks and billing. Experience with the billing system JURIS is a plus. A paralegal degree in trademark/copyright matters and knowledge is desirable. Position requires attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines. Must be able to keep trademark filing system (both paper and electronic) current. Good references are mandatory.
