Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will report to the Trial Attorney. Will be responsible for: extensive client contact; drafting correspondence, discovery, and other litigation related documents; document production; correspondence with medical offices; scheduling deposition; assisting with trial preparation; maintaining calendars; creating and/or maintaining meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files; settlement breakdowns; meeting deadlines; managing the day-to-day legal casework; and other related tasks as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from accredited school. Paralegal certificate is required. Must have 5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience. Should have experience in handling all aspects of the litigation process - from intake through trial preparation. Must be proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and Adobe. Salesforce software experience a plus. Strong knowledge of PowerPoint presentations is essential. Spanish speaking is a plus.
