The position involves a dynamic schedule, spending three days in various New York courts (all boroughs) and two days in the New Hanover, NJ office. A reliable vehicle is a requirement for this role. Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, providing legal counsel and guidance throughout the legal process.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong case foundation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for court proceedings.
• Prepare clients for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in personal injury law.
• Attend court proceedings, including trials, in various New York boroughs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case developments.
• Collaborate with legal support staff and other attorneys within the firm.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
• Admission to the New York Bar is mandatory.
• Preferred admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Ability to travel between New York City, NY, and New Hanover, NJ.
• Must possess a reliable car.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
