Senior Legal Administrative Assistant The candidate will perform traditional secretarial duties, including maintaining calendars using Outlook, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing records, making travel arrangements, answering phones, photocopying, filing, sorting and delivering mail, preparing expense reports, word processing using Microsoft Word, creating and editing Microsoft Power Point presentations, and drafting letters and other documents. Will be responsible for accurately inputting data into CPI, a trademark database platform, managing the trademark docket, periodically filing trademark applications, renewals, requests for extension of time on the United States TM Office website and conducting research projects as requested from time to time. Provide support for TM enforcement and litigation matters. Support the North American trademark group.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have high school diploma. Bachelor's degree or college coursework a plus. Must have 8+ years Administrative support experience in a law firm or corporate environment. Should have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Power Point skills. Experience with Outlook email and calendaring program a must. Should have familiarity with CPI or other Intellectual property database software. Familiarity with USPTO website required.
