New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 3-7 years of experience in professional liability defense, not-for-profit defense and commercial litigation. The candidate will be defending lawyers and accountants professional liability cases, cooperatives and condominiums, miscellaneous professionals and handling general commercial litigation matters. Should have experience communicating promptly and effectively with clients, handling court appearances, propounding and responding to written discovery requests, conducting and defending depositions, writing pre-answer, discovery and dispositive motions, the ability to work both collaboratively and independently (with guidance, as necessary) and the ability to handle a varied caseload. Must be admitted to practice in New York.
