The IOI Project counsels and represents individuals in more specialized/complex immigration processes. The attorney will carry a caseload of at least 50 active cases, consisting of complex immigration and removal defense, and will supervise law interns and migration counselors. Requirements: Juris Doctor At least one year of post-JD experience in immigration law, representing clients in affirmative benefits applications to USCIS or in removal defense, ideally with prior experience representing children. Admission to New York bar strongly preferred. Will consider applicants actively working towards admission in New York. Bilingual in English and a second language required; Spanish preferred. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $56,000.00 to $62,593.00 /year
