Health Care Transactional Attorney Duties: Assists with the structuring and negotiation of transactions, provides strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues, implements a variety of contractual arrangements, and counsels clients on the full range of legal issues affecting the health care industry.

Qualification and Experience Qualifications: Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice. 6+ years of strong healthcare transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures for healthcare stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in health care transactional matters, including provider and health plan mergers & acquisitions, affiliations, and joint venture transactions, and private equity deals. Experience with health industry contracting, state licensure, and corporate governance is preferred. Must have demonstrated regulatory experience in the areas of fraud & abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine/fee-splitting rules, and health care antitrust. Strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail; excellent legal research and analytical skills. Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs.
