Seeking Personal Injury Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. Candidate will work at a plaintiff's PI firm or insurance defense firm. Cases will include motor vehicle, labor law, premises, labor law and general liability matters. Will be responsible for all phases of litigation including client intake, drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery responses, expert exchanges and taking and defending depositions. Experience with SmartAdvocate or other case management system is a plus.

All things considered, things are run pretty well here. There's room for plenty of small improvements like more catered meals and nicer office furnishings.

Pros : Very attractive location from which to live and work. The salaries here are pretty good, which is what you'd expect from a firm of this size. The benefits aren't anything to sneeze at.
Cons : Well, it's a tough place to work. Pretty competitive. There's lots of competition for work assignments and promotions. Hours are long and it can be stressful.
