Director, Contracts Administration The candidate will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements in support of sales transactions, software licensing, cloud subscription, professional services and technical support. Advise business leaders of contractual rights, obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions. Partner with various business groups including legal, security, sales, technical operations, finance to finalize contract terms. Assist in compliance initiatives as necessary. Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal. Should have 10 years of experience in license and SaaS agreements. Must have knowledge of data delivery, privacy, security, revenue recognition. Should have knowledge and experience managing redlines in Word, PDF, and processing agreements through DocuSign. Must possess excellent negotiation, business judgement, and project management skills. Should have an excellent communicator and are able to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Must be comfortable and professional in working with both internal teams and customers. Must have strong understanding of service delivery contracts, negotiation principles as it relates to the business and legal aspect.
