Candidate's responsibilities will include e-filing; calendaring and monitoring deadlines; preparation of discovery requests and pleadings; case maintenance; document production; assuming point of contact position for relevant parties; drafting correspondence to clients, opposing counsel and co-counsel; legal research; trial preparation; scheduling of case-related events. Paralegal certification is preferred. Requires notary public certification. Must have excellent writing skills, including the appropriate use of grammar; have the ability to clearly communicate verbally; possess the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment; exhibit a professional demeanor; be a quick learner and self-starter.
