Job Overview: A law firm in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Corporate Mergers And Acquisitions Private Equity Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions within an Am Law firm setting. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and analytical skills, have experience working in an Am Law 100 law firm, hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and be admitted to the Florida Bar.

Duties:

• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Conduct due diligence investigations.
• Draft and review transactional documents, including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on various corporate matters related to mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex transactions.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law firm.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Experience working in an Am Law 100 law firm.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
