ProfileResearch Specialist The candidate will identify, research, and resolve customer questions using company's software. Will remain current on new products and enhancements, develop knowledge of the competition, and stay abreast of industry trends in legal research. Prepare and present relevant, targeted presentations to large and small audiences. Train clients on how to navigate company software. Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should preferably have a J.D. degree. Qualified lawyers, paralegals, and law librarians are encouraged to apply. Must have 2+ years of related experience. Bankruptcy, IP, Banking/Finance or Corporate Law experiences a plus. Should have legal research experience, with a broad base of legal, government, and financial comprehension. Must have flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with an aptitude to learn and quickly adapt to new technology and software. Strong customer service orientation and an interest in building strong and lasting relationships with customers and clients needed. Should have capacity to work closely with colleagues in a large, collaborative group setting. Bloomberg Terminal/Financial experience is a plus. MLS/MILS or professional legal experience is required. Knowledge of HTLM coding and/or website design and Ektron software experience is a plus.
