Operations Regulatory Manager, Permitting
The candidate will conduct regulatory research and interface with key business and legal stakeholders. Will design and implement compliance programs in a fast-paced, changing environment. Create and monitor business metrics to track compliance and process effectiveness, and define the cadence of reporting to businesses and stakeholder groups. Should have a Legal degree, paralegal certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Regulatory or related field. Must have 6+ years of experience in program management, food safety, or regulatory compliance. Should preferably have 6+ years of experience working with or in a local or state health department. Experience interacting with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies in the grocery distribution and retail space is essential. Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements and using data to measure performance is desired. Experience managing Regulatory projects in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment is an asset. Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relating to food safety and grocery operations is needed.
