Summer 2019 Law Clerk
Clerks will report to a supervising attorney. Will be responsible for working with DRA attorneys on a variety of impact litigation assignments. Frequent interactions with attorneys and staff and numerous opportunities for both formal and informal career-building feedback. Work with attorneys in all aspects of high impact litigation, including case investigations, case development, law and motion practice, discovery, and court appearances. This work includes factual and legal research, drafting memoranda, writing portions of briefs, assisting with propounding and reviewing discovery, reviewing expert reports and other relevant tasks as needed. Law clerks will receive feedback and guidance on all work.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Law student who will be enrolled in their second year of law school in fall 2018. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong work ethic paired with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and circumstances.
