Legal Assistant The Candidate will be responsible for Answer phones and respond to email queries. Manage the attorney's schedule and calendar. Update office's online software program with client information, case reminders, tasks, etc.. Interact with clients in person, phone and email. Photocopy and scan documents. Handle and manage all incoming mail. Assist with immigration case work. Assist with other tasks as required
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Ability to prioritize and multitask with Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Deadline and detail-oriented. Should have strong customer service skills and must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
