Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelors degree in Accounting or other relevant field Masters degree in Accounting beneficial. Masters degree in Taxation preferred. 8-10 years of prior experience in compensation & benefits required. CPA certification or JD degree is preferred. Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Access, Excel and Word. High proficiency in English, both verbal and written (including technical writing skills) is essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically tax technical writing skills is essential. Solid organizational skills especially ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details is essential. Advanced skills in Excel including macros, pivot tables, database and time value functions is essential. Intermediate to advanced skills in Access is essential.
