This posting will be used to conduct an ongoing recruitment and will remain open until all positions have been filled. Why does the job exist? To assist the Human Services Department Child Support Enforcement Division legal unit in establishing paternity and child support obligations. How does it get done? By drafting, reviewing, and evaluating legal documents. Who are the customers? Parties of child support cases, Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) management, and CSED staff. Ideal Candidate The Ideal Candidate has experience representing clients in court, negotiating settlements; drafting, reviewing and evaluating legal documents and academic experience in family law.
